Seen From Space Review
by Lee Puddefoot (Art Rocker)

Seen From Space is power pop that it's ok to like. This is quite a nice little debut from this 3-piece and sounds like everyone and no one at the same time; the Beatles, Supergrass and Kaiser Chiefs all fall off the tongue. It's just shiny happy indie music, 'No Way Bak' is a Pulp like analogue "No way forward/there's no turning back/your self defence begins to crack". Mixing Motown and soul surprisingly successfully, they stomp along with the stand out track 'Here It Is!', and this will no doubt be gracing our radio waves very soon, and with the sun still trying its best to stay put, it'll be a very welcome place for us and OTR. '2A' decides to take things a little more seriously and 'Nothing Like You' becomes a rock stomp, but even when they try to be loud and brash, they're just suckers for that old musical thing called a melody.
